Ted was the lead guitar player in the Bootheels with Ben before playing first guitar and then drums before finally settling in at upright bass for The Superchiefs. Ted has only been playing bass for a short while and is already pretty darn good. His tastful lines and steady rhythm will really come in handy as soon as he learns what keys the songs are in. He knows all that theoretical musical stuff that musicians are supposed to know, and has an uncanny knack for knowing how to fit into an arrangement. When not playing old music with the Superchiefs, Ted and his axe front the rock outfit, Mercurochrome.

Ted plays a 1950s Kay and smokes yellow American Spirits,
